• In case of overcrowding, event hours and operations may be changed without prior notice.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue.

• Exhibition dates, hours,and content may change, be postponed, or be cancelled without prior notice.
• Please notify a nearby staff member immediately if:
• You feel unwell or are injured.
• You find or lose an item.
• You become lost or find a lost child (announcements cannot be made inside the venue)
• For safety reasons, please do not run inside or outside the venue.
• Please refrain from sitting in aisles or common areas as it may inconvenience other visitors.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
• There are no changing rooms or cloakrooms available.
• Hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
• Eating and drinking inside the venue are not allowed.
• Photography and video recording may take place inside the venue.Images may be used for future promotional materials.

• Sales will end once items are sold out. Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to product sellouts.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of initial defects.
• A purchase receipt is required for defective item exchanges. Exchanges cannot be processed without a receipt.
• Please check your purchased items and payment details at the time of purchase. We cannot accommodate claims regarding change errors, returns/exchanges, or additional purchases after you leave the counter.
• Entry to the merchandise area may be restricted, or numbered tickets may be distributed, depending on crowd conditions.
• Trading between visitors is strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on public roads, and at nearby facilities, as it may cause inconvenience to others.
• For random (blind) items, designs cannot be selected. Due to product characteristics, purchasing multiple items may result in duplicate designs.
• An exhibition admission ticket is required to use the merchandise area.
• The merchandise area cannot be accessed before entering the exhibition. Please visit the shop after viewing the exhibition. (Re-entry to both the exhibition and merchandise area is not permitted.)
• Only one checkout is allowed per admission.
• Cutting in line is strictly prohibited. Even if a companion is already waiting, please line up at the end. If you leave the line, you must rejoin from the end upon returning.
• Shipping services for purchased items are not available at the merchandise area, except for made-to-order items.
• Reservations, item holds, or later delivery for sold-out items are not available.
• Photography, video recording, live streaming, and phone or communication use are prohibited in the merchandise area.
• The organizer assumes no responsibility for any trouble, accidents, or theft between visitors within the venue.
• Please follow staff instructions in the merchandise area. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or use of the merchandise area.
• Products may be sold at other venues or through online sales at a later date.
• Purchasing for resale purposes is strictly prohibited. If resale activity or intent is identified, the organizer may refuse purchase or entry and request the individual to leave, even on the day of the event. If resale through auction sites or flea market apps is confirmed, entry to future events related to this exhibition may be denied.
